PCYM, in partnership with the Guildhall School of Music and Drama is a Saturday music school at Ormiston Bushfield Academy for young musicians aged 5-18 from beginner right up to grade 8+. Students take part in a range of session including ensembles, musicianship classes, singing, performing and instrumental lesson in a package tailored to their needs and ability. Means tested bursaries are available for those with financial need alongside free instrumental loan for any Peterborough Student. Free trial sessions are available on any Saturday and schools are encouraged to bring ‘trips’ of their young musicians to support their engagement in wider musical learning outside of school.
